The book "The Architecture of Thought A New Look at Human Evolution" by John
Hewitt may be purchased through bookshops in Britain or, at the same price, by
mail. Only a paperback edition is currently available.
Price; £24-95 (UK) or $44-95 (US) for one copy. (The overseas price is higher
to allow for postage and currency processing costs. Other convertible currencies
are acceptable, please convert to the dollar price.) Prices include postage and
packing. There is no VAT charge on books.
Please print out this form, fill in the order table, calculate the total cost,
if purchasing more than one item, and post it, along with a cheque in the required
amount, to the address below. Individuals should send a cheque with their order.
Orders containing cash as notes (not coins) will be accepted but cheques are
preferred and recommended.
Official orders, from libraries etc., will be accepted on institutional order forms,
terms, 30 days. Please include a copy of this form. 30 days inspection copies will
be made available to libraries or institutions, please write on headed paper.
